I'm Xavier; a guide, strategist, and intuitive mentor for founders and leaders navigating meaningful transitions.
I spent years building a career in high-level digital strategy and business. I was good at it. Respected. I checked every box I thought defined success.

Then I realized I had built a life that no longer fit the person I was becoming.

Stepping away from that world was the most necessary, and most disorienting thing I'd ever done. I understand from the inside what it means to build something significant, reach the summit, and realize you're no longer sure what the summit was for.

That threshold is where I now do my most important work.
​
I work with founders, executives, and leaders who are no longer who they were, but not yet clear on what comes next. My approach is grounded, intuitive, and practical. I don't offer formulas or fixes. I help you listen, to yourself and move forward from that.​
This is not therapy.
